Harlem River Working Group NPS Application filed

COMMUNITY CONTEXT2

The completed application mailed to the National Park Service (NPS) requested the following help:
Organizational Development – the group needs assistance in identifying new stakeholders and in determining the most efficient organizational structure for the group to carry out its work.

Planning assistance – the group will benefit from Rivers & Trails staff knowledge and expertise facilitating the public planning process and consensus building approach to inform planning decisions

Resource Acquisition – the group needs assistance in identifying financial and agency resources that will enable the group to grow and increase its capacity to complete on-the-ground improvements identified through the planning process.
